Based on the document, the fence rules are:
Maximum Height: Six (6) feet for standard cedar fences.
Allowed Materials: #1 grade cedar pickets with treated pine or cedar railings and posts (these may be installed without Architectural Committee approval). All other fence materials require Architectural Committee approval.
Location Restrictions: "In no event shall any fence or wall be erected, placed or altered on a lot nearer to the front street than the front wall of the single family dwelling." Additionally, hedges cannot be "installed or maintained more than three (3) feet in front of the wall of the single family dwelling which is located on the Lot and closest to the front property line."

RVs/Travel Trailers/Recreational Vehicles: Cannot be parked on or near any Lot so as to be visible from adjoining property or public/private thoroughfares at any time.
Commercial Vehicles: No commercial vehicles larger than a standard three-quarter (3/4) ton pickup truck or standard two-axle passenger van are permitted on any Lot or roadway within the Subdivision.
General Vehicle Parking: No more than two (2) automobiles may be visible from any other portion of the Property for any period exceeding seventy-two (72) hours. No vehicles may be parked overnight on any roadway. Vehicles must be stored in enclosed garages or appropriately screened from view.
